I've never seen as many stressed out mum's as I do at the end of this year. Coming in with a million things on their to-do list, and no real way to get them all done.
One of my secrets was figuring out how to get rid of some of those things off the list... without necessarily doing them. But, there is also the ability to navigate this level of busy in our body so it doesn't lean into burnout.
What tools can we use to bring us back from that brink of blow up, dial down our stress response, and let our body get that sense of safety that it needs to thrive!
Learning how to unplug our stress bucket is a key way to dial down our burnout factor.
I want you to begin listening in. When you ask yourself this question... what does your inner soul whisper to you?
How can I unplug myself?
How can I gift myself this to do? (is it time, is it a location, is it a tool or knowledge?)
Learning how to lean into these answers, how to listen in again... even when we are crazy busy and rushing everywhere... this is the power that resides within each of us.
