A 3 day Community Event! 

It's Monday. You've had a busy weekend of kids sport, family events, prepping for the week ahead... and you open your eyes and you just can't be bothered!

Our energy naturally ebbs and flows... we are human after all (also... nudge nudge wink wink - don't forget this!). And it will change around our cycles, it will change around our kids patterns and ages and the season that we are in! It will change just because it's changeable. It will be influenced by the day ahead you have... so many factors.

 In this 3 day community experience, I will take you on a simple journey to reinvigorate your energy for those days where it feels all too much. 

3 days that will help you win back your energy so you can find that magic sparkle again. Rediscovering the magic of energy flows, of connection within and of movement so you can recognise the lows and move them towards highs!

Whats in the Community Event?

This event is 3 days to rediscover your energy and regain your magic sparkle again. It will involve 3 SIMPLE things you can do, one new one each day, to help your Health Business Mama experience be more fulfilling, gratifying and possibly even EASY (did I just say that), than it currently is.

As a Chiropractor working with mums and kids for over 20 years, there are some really easy steps we can take to rediscover our energy, whilst running our own practice, a family and employing a team!

 I've been using these simple tools with myself for years, and I can't wait to share them with you.

The event involves a short video and an email daily for 3 days, beginning on the 13th September. All you have to do is sign up, join the facebook group, and you will be ready to go come Wednesday 13th September in the morning!

You don't need special equipment or friends... just a warm virtual hug from a group of committed working mums in health trying to work hard on finding energy again so they can be the business owner and healer you are destined to be.
